Pinnock requested her to do the wrong things like falsifying the temperature diary for frozen food, but she refused to do it. Six months later, she was frequently bullied by Pinnock every day. That caused the damages to Boucher mentally, emotionally and even physically.
Boucher sued the Walmart board of directors, but they did nothing to Pinnock. On the contrary, they disciplined her.
