It’s best for students that young to get the hands-on experiences within the classroom setting. Regular attendance in classes helps them interact with other individuals of their own age, be better disciplined, follow a regular schedule, and improve their physical fitness and mental alertness (De, 2018). Now, when we talk about higher education, the rates for students attending a campus has declined tremendously. However, with higher education they have now introduced blended which seems to be a big hit at that level. Blended courses consist of in the classroom and online combine for that class. As far as it goes for higher education, traditional on ground learning is not a big hit.
The bottom line is that technology will not completely eliminate the opportunity for face-to-face instructions; however, it provides an important resource to facilitate learning that should be integrated throughout the curriculum because it is already a major component of students personal lives (Cordeiro & Cunningham, 2013).
