In addition, locate sources that discuss ethical and multicultural issues relevant to group counseling for your selected population. Present a clear analysis of how specific ethical and diversity issues will be relevant to the proposed group citing the relevant ethical standards.

Group Leadership Approaches for [your topic]

In this section, review articles that are focused upon specific group leadership styles and compare them based upon their strength. Omit sources used in u02a1 that did not address group counseling specifically. The Distinguished criterion are, “Evaluates sources to determine the applicability of different group leadership or facilitation styles and provides a description of the anticipated results of applying these styles to the identified group topic and population”. Focus upon the relative merits of the literature that include group leadership or facilitation.
