Process Evaluation

My recent move to Hawaii has made myself miss the little things in life, such as certain fast food establishments. I decided to evaluate the process of a homemade Chick-Fil-A sandwich since I recently cooked a copycat recipe. The recipe opens with a small background of the founders and company, giving the reader a little history on their success. The directions of the recipe were very clear and simple. The author lists off all the ingredients needed, followed by step by step instructions on how to mix the ingredients, cook the chicken, and preparing the bun. Within the article, the author has key items highlighted to link the where to find the specific items on Amazon. The author even adds the dangers of pressure cooking near the end of the article.

I was able to follow the directions but unable to cook using a pressure cooker, since I do not own one. In the step by step directions the author leads well from one step to the next for anyone to follow. The simple and clear directions works well with even the less familiar home cooker. To make this process more effective I believe the author could have listed the cooking equipment needed to follow the recipe, such as a presser cooker, and an alternative process if a pressure cooker is unavailable. Also adding pictures and more details to each step could help the reader to stay excited and eager to follow the process. The link below is where I found the recipe.
