An abstract is a self-contained, short, and powerful statement that describes the research paper. An abstract is not a review, nor does it evaluate the work being abstracted. When discussing your topic of choice, first discuss both sides of the issue.  Lay out the facts and arguments for each as listed in the topic.  Then, under a heading of Conclusion, argue your perception of mistakes made, if any, and what could have been done to have a better result, investigation, prevention, etc.
