Medical fraud: a term that is used to depict fraudulent acts undertaken by medical professionals, healthcare facilities, and insurance providers that are aimed at providing falsified information regarding diagnosis and treatment of patients. Healthcare provider: any hospital or medical center that provides any variety of healthcare services and/or treatment for patients. Insurance claim: providing evidence that medical treatment/diagnosis was performed at a healthcare provider to an insurance company to reimburse any party (facility or patient) for a specified amount. |

| Argument 1:Medical fraud could pave the way for more serious health hazards associated with misdiagnosis and/or improper treatment methods. | Patients could take medicines that are not suitable for them or might react negatively to improper treatment and cause them more illness (Li et al., 2018).
