Part 3 – Organizational Environment – Group Presentation

 In 5 Power Point Slides, describe your company’s internal and external environment to the class. The class will function as potential employees for your company. Your job is to persuade them that they should work for your company, rather than the other companies that your fellow classmates will present. Grade is based on thoroughness, insightfulness, creativity, and persuasiveness. Submit PowerPoint file to the drop box and create a collaborate recording of the group presentation for the class. The presentation is short, approximately 5-10 minutes per group. Be prepared to answer questions from the class which will be posted on the discussion board (also prepare to pose questions to other groups).

 Slides 1 & 2: Describe the laws that will affect your company (see chapter 4 as a start, but also conduct outside research).

 Slide 3: Explain your company’s corporate culture.  What formal and informal methods do you use to support that culture?

 Slide 4: Create an ethics training program for your employees.

 Slide 5: Write a whistle blower policy for your company.
