I have chosen the fourth option that is falsifying any document or record, for the discussion falsifying any record today, if wherever we look; there is the extra design of unethical behavior like falsifying documents. Inappropriately, immoral and even, illegal activity is acting slowly mutual in the present workplace. Perhaps even worse is the fact that we are all goals when even one individual is falsifying document or exploit some other immoral action because, in the end, it does certainly crash us all in the folder. Falsifying records, for example, states that the accounts of business are being converted or modified (Chioma & Onyekachi, 2017, pp. 31-38).
According to me, ethics are dogged by my ethical values, and these morals control my ethical code, moral approach, moral values and my ethics of wrong and right. By this point of reference, I would reveal falsifying any document or record as ethically immoral.
Falsifying of documents and records may contribute to promoting some specific welfares but will harm the overall awareness of the organization and its shareholders. This action goes in contradiction to the values of quality morals, liability beliefs, and consequentialist beliefs.
The action of falsifying documents and records will be likely to have negative outcomes for the entire business as it can tend to harms for the association as well as the damage of goodwill. Thus this act is unethical. Being a whistleblower it will be my duty and liability to raise this issue using the whistleblowing means of my association. This action will upkeep in lessening the risk for the organization in the long track (Chaleff & Zimbardo, 2015). Still, I will depict myself to threats such as probable reward may be in numerous methods like the formation of a viable work condition by the exposed co-worker and other acquaintances maybe twisted in falsifying records and documents.
