Now that you have spent a considerable amount of time learning about lean applications to occupational safety and health management, this assignment will require you to put together a PowerPoint slide presentation presenting lean safety and health management principles to the leadership of the organization of your choice. If the materials don’t apply to your current workplace or a place you have worked, you may have to choose another organization for which you have some familiarity. 

Your intent here is to sell lean safety management to the organization. If they already utilize lean manufacturing processes, your job will be much easier as compared to trying to sell the concept to an organization that does not use lean processes. 

Your presentation must be a minimum of 10 slides. Be sure to cite any sources used in a reference slide, using proper APA formatting. You may also use the slide notes function to explain slide contents as necessary.
