Leading-Edge Metrics of Organizational Personnel Readiness Assignment | Homework for You
What are the leading-edge measures/metrics of organizational personnel readiness? The focus of the research is for a non-DOD audience.
My expectations:
– full prose with appropriate use of headings/subheadings, bullets, tables, as needed to convey information;
– provide an overview of what’s trending (and where) as well as what are the major themes or “buckets” within which personnel readiness can/should be categorized;
– describe the intent of key readiness measures – form-follows-function, so it is often more important to understand the why behind the what; and
