For the final project, pick a leadership topic in which you are interested. Find a related academic journal article through an online academic database either through the library or Google Scholar. Use the Article Review Assignment Template to complete the research. Then link your research with the findings in the related survey. You will need to get at least 20 responses to the Leadership Decision-making survey. Describe how leadership topics and decision-making are connected. I will provide the survey data
The assignment will include the points in the article review document plus one more section in which you will link to the survey data results to the topic. This section should answer the following questions: What is the relationship between leadership and decision-making? What is the relationship between decision-making styles and conflict management? What was your expectation and hypothesis about this relationship? What does the data tell you about the actual relationships? What are your findings and recommendations for using this study to become a better leader?
