The essay needs to draw on your theoretical and practical learnings from the course content to evaluate the qualities and attributes of the mentor, and critically analyse their communication or feedback skills using identified models from Week 2. Analysis of leadership principles (1250 words) In relation to the ONE (1) video you have selected, please analyse one of the following principles: Communication interaction video Feedback interaction video Using Eric Berne’s (1961) model of Transactional Analysis, critically analyse 1 significant communication interaction.
