  Structure/Formatting (4 pts)

The outline is formatted properly (see sample outline as a guide) with proper headings for each section of the speech, including proper lettering and numbering, indentations and parallel structure for each point (i.e. each point had a balanced amount of supporting material, and was organized in some organizational pattern).
