You are head of the union representing staff at a hospital. You are asked to write a letter to the CEO with recommendations to terminate the Human Resources Director.  You must be convincing as possible with your arguments

1.Very poor in her selection of new hires
2 Unfair in her judgment and discipline  of grievances  brought before him
3. Violates union hiring practices
4. During covid19 was not supportive of the delegate body making it very difficult to resolve the issue and very hard to agree
5. Was not transparent very dishonest in providing information
