Many use commercial laundry detergents as a means of cleaning clothing and there are a lot of options to choose from. Companies invest millions of dollars into research and innovation of a liquid whose primary job should be to ensure your clothing is free of stains. For this exercise, your task is to choose a side and have a debate regarding whether or not enzyme-based laundry detergents are a worthwhile purchase.

Extra Credit (2 pages)- Come up with an experimental design that would support your chosen side of the debate. Identify your dependent and independent variables and create one hypothetical data figure to support your experiment.
