Using the knowledge you have gained in the readings analyze the intercultural communications aspects of the Homecrafts/Alpine Treasures introductory case to Chapter 7.

Consider such cross-cultural concepts as authority, age, position, money, and relationships. Think about the expectation of the buyer/seller relationship. Ponder the implications if the characters and countries/cultures were reversed. Who has “home rules”, the buyer or seller ?
