The body of your paper should consist of two key learnings from the course. For each learning: summarize what you have learned and address the “so what” question; that is, explain in what ways the learning is important to your personal and professional development and what likely will change for you, and for others, when you move new learning about leadership into practice.

Drill down into the specifics of what you have learned and how it likely will shape the leader you aspire to be.

Please do not address HOW you will put new learning into practice. Mapping out the action plan for moving new learning into your approach to leading is the focus of your final assignment in this course.
