Businesses rely on an array of technology systems in order to function on a day-to-day basis. Because of the different operational roles within a business different functional areas have different requirements for these systems. This can be a unified system or a collection of more specific applications. In this week’s discussion will be examining how these parts work together and how an organization can insure that all functional roles understand what the others are doing.
