What are the negative effects of a culture that encourages dishonesty and corruption on an organization’s reputation and its employees? As a present or future manager/director, which of the five principles (p. 563) would rank as the highest priority? Why does this particular principle rank the highest?

“Even though a high amount of diversity can be a huge asset in an organization, it can also be a liability and cause a great amount of stress in the workplace. Environmental Factors (p.g 551) can add to the stress buildup and eventually cause such organizations to break apart, such as culture behavior, influence, and structure. As a result, Individuals may start to act dishonest and begin to instill corruption within the workplace and ruin the organizations reputation and the people who work there. I believe that out of the five principles Is the focus on Ethical Training (p.g 563) because if individuals are not aware of the impact culture has within the organization, then how can know how important it is to have balance. I would set up seminars, workshops, and training programs to help individuals understand what behavior is tolerable and what is intolerable. An organization must know the importance of ethical training, and its consequences when it is not performed the way it is meant to within the organization.”
