*he/she leadership model
Discuss the following in a well-written paper:
how he or she builds and maintains positive school learning cultures;
suggestions for maintaining positive relations with families and the larger community; public relations techniques;
ideas for interactive communication with students, teachers, support staff, and parent groups;
how he or she plans, develops, andmanage school programs such as counseling and guidance, athletics and extra-curricular activities, student clubs and activities;
the major leadership and management functions of school administrators and the average degree of daily time spent on each;
how he or she works and methods of communication with district office administrators and school boards;
a description of how he/she experiences success on the job;
a description of how he/she experiences failure and what was learned; and
recommendations for changes and strategies that support their leadership model.
