The paper should focus on an analysis of the effectiveness of the chosen theme in supporting the MNE’s international business strategies and their ability to adapt to the disruptive and competitive international business environment.
Each team will also deliver a presentation in class, consisting of a maximum of 8 slides, for 20 minutes, either in week 10 or 11.
The theme for Team Project:
Cross-Border Knowledge Management: it is about generating value from highly geographically dispersed cross-border knowledge and the strategies for overcoming them.
NOTE: All the Slides must be numbered with Font Arial Black 36 for the Heading and Times New Roman 28 or 30 for the body.
The report must be written in a professional business report format as below: –
Executive Summary (5 Marks): the research aim, the selected MNEs, the way the research is conducted and what this report includes (you are not supposed to address the report findings here) must be written here. (it should be 10% of the report body)
Introduction (5 Marks): Teams should provide a brief description of the MNEs that have chosen, their reason for choosing them and introduce the remained components of the report. (it should be 10% of the report body)
Description (40 Marks):
*MNEs’ Policies (20 Marks): Teams should describe the policies of the selected theme in two MNEs of their choice. (it should be 15% of the report body)
Analysis (45 Marks): Teams should write an analysis of the effectiveness of the chosen theme in supporting the MNE’s international business strategies and their ability to adapt to the disruptive and competitive global business environment. (it should be 40% of the report body)
Conclusion (5 Marks): the whole research findings must be addressed briefly in 200-300 words. (it should be 10% of the report body)
