(The program of Fire Department Training is a well thought out and produced program. It covers the basics that a new firefighter should know before going out into the field. It covers the goals of what it is to work for their department, as well as safety and work processes. Requirements for their recruitment are also listed. I don’t think I see anything missing or lacking, however if I were in the field I might have wished for more detail, though I hardly see that as an issue here as this document is quite lengthy.)

(This program eval is very thorough. It cites the studies and sources from where the data was gathered and even points out flaws of some of the studies. I also notice that it takes both point of views into consideration (recruits and FD) by sending both sides surveys, which minimizes biases. Of course, bias is hard to reel in sometimes because in the end, you are viewing things from your point of view, your knowledge and experience guide your study.)
