Change Management Plan Assignments | Online Homework Help
This is a Three Part Project, with later adding 3 more parts. Should you accept this project, I will add the three additional parts for you to complete at a later time.
The following is the requirements and will be needed as THREE separate files. Parts One and two need only be 1 page each. Part 3 should be 2-3 pages. The instructions are detailed in the attachment.
PART ONE:
- Select a company for the change management plan
- Analyze the resources and data needed to support the selected company
Once you have selected a company, it is time to research and clearly identify the company’s need. The next step in preparing the change management plan will be to create a well-researched, insightful presentation that outlines the need as well as the initial proposal for the change management plan. You will present this information to a group of the company’s senior executives. Assuming you receive buy-in from these executives, you will then create a comprehensive and professional change management plan that will include your recommendations and ideas for effectively implementing the change within the company.
Your draft needs to include the following:
- An overview and the background of the selected company
- A summary of the identified reorganization or reengineering need
- Outcomes or goals for the company
Writing Expectations
The writing should be organized according to APA format and should follow the writing process, starting with an introduction to your discussion, the topic of discussion, and supporting details that describe and define your statements.
The written work should transition from thought to thought as you work your way through to the conclusion with a statement that adds new insight.
References
Any resources you use must be cited in APA format.
PART TWO:
Begin the research for your change management plan. You will be compiling resources, including articles, links, and other scholarly sources, to use in your change management plan. The research should be focused on the issues you encounter in your selected organization. You will contrast the research with the real problems and provide outcomes and a resolution based on the research you obtain. For example, if you find research that shows it is more beneficial for the company to monitor employee performance and evaluate the top employees, you can describe the steps you would take to make this change happen. You may be researching employee performance expectations for this issue.
You should be researching credible and scholarly resources that include primary and secondary sources that support the project. The research should include articles on companies that have experienced challenges financially or have reorganized. The research must also contain a review of what the reorganization or reinvention means, what the impact is, and who is affected. The research should contrast with your own company evaluation and provide direction.
- Once the company is selected, you will outline the issues.
- Then you will conduct research based on those issues.
- You will contrast the issues with potential solutions.
- You will discuss the strategies you will use to make the changes.
