The document should have a title page and at least three pages of what you found out and your opinion about the subject. Include a reference list at the end. According to the PowerPoint presentation about APA format, include short references inside your document and the full reference at the end. You need to identify where the references occur.
Here are the topics to choose from(any is fine with me) :

APA citation must occur when:You simply changed a few words to synonyms. You shortened or abbreviated the information. You included exact sequences of words from the original. You must place quotation marks around those phrases, or re-write until the entire paraphrase is your own words.
Paraphrasing from your textbook:Paraphrasing should sound like you, using vocabulary and sentence structure readers would recognize as your own work. Paraphrasing requires APA in-text citation just as a direct quote would. For this class paraphrased in-text citations must include page numbers: ex. Paraphrase ExampleTo the extent that a woman’s self-image is challenged or threatened by an unattainable ideal of an impossibly thin female physique, she may well become susceptible to disruption of her self-regard, and may be more likely to develop an eating disorder. If a woman interprets the media’s representation of thinness as the ideal she must achieve, her sense of self-esteem might be threatened and even damaged, making her more likely to exhibit disordered eating patterns (Polivy & Herman, 2004, p. 2).OriginalParaphrase paper in (APA)
Capstone Research:Not all answers are in your textbook. Always check your textbook for answers first then go to another source. Do not use your Anatomy book as a reference. The teaching concepts are different and you may miss the “language” concept and get the wrong answer.Capstone Research:Not all answers are in your textbook. Capstone Rules:You may not use a person you know as a source. EXAMPLEAmy has worked in a physician office for the past 5 years. Rather than research a medical term she asked the physician what the term meant. She cited (asked the physician I work for). This is not an acceptable citation.
Capstone Rules:If you believe you “know” the information from personal or life experience you still must research and cite your source. As an on-line course the college must assure students are “doing the work” therefore, each medical term must be cited. When in doubt; cite your source.Capstone Rules:If you believe you “know” the information from personal or life experience you still must research and cite your source. Capstone Rules:Your instructor is aware that a capstone response is not a formal paper….however the college committee for online MT classes has stipulated that capstones must be cited. Whining or complaining will not change this fact.
Capstone RulesEach capstone may be “submitted” only once. You may enter and exit a capstone as often as you wish until the due date.Do not select “submit” until you are finished.Only the first submission will be accepted.
