noting the various statistics that are shared.  The video will provide statistics related to the growth of the food service industry and its influence.  The statistics are indicative of the trends affected by the economy and growing the industry to meet the needs of the hungry public.

Instructions
After watching the video, write an academic paper that discusses the following points: 

1) Reflect on at least two things you learned about our industry that you didn’t know before. 
2) The video illustrates that we are much more than just chefs, service staff, and operations managers. Has your view of our industry changed after watching this video?
3) Choose one of the food service industry challenges from table 1.1 in your textbook.  Discuss the impact this challenge has had on the food service industry, i.e. what changes have been implemented as a result of this challenge?
