My health behavior is to stop eating whenever I know I am full, also stop laying down after eating a meal.
My PROJECT IS about Overeating is a habit of eating more calories than what the body needs for energy. In most cases, I find myself overeat due to emotional and psychological reactions such as anxiety. Therefore, eating a lot of food every day is a habit that is difficult to break. Overeating can cause weight gain as well as increasing the risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes. The habit of overeating cycle can be difficult to break, therefore I can use different tips to stop myself from overeating
