Should Assisted Death, Euthanasia be Legalized?
My assignment is to write 1000-1500 words literature review. I have chosen my topic as the legalization of assisted death (Euthanasia). I want it to be well, clearly written, but not too professional so that the professor would not be suspicious of my work. I have written annotated bibliography and I will add it below. You do not have to use them but just in case. Instructions from professor
Overview You will write a “Literature Review” about your research question. The purpose of the Literature Review is to give your reader as complete an understanding of your topic as possible. You should provide short but complete summaries of your sources, using quotes and paraphrase. Your literature review should give the reader a sense of the “conversation” that has taken place around your topic. It is important to show how the sources are “talking” to each other, how their ideas are connected.
Directions
1. Write a short introduction to your topic. You can use the introduction from your annotated bibliography as a foundation.
2. Summarize each article. Use quotations and paraphrases to represent the author’s ideas accurately. Make sure you use in-text citations. Your summaries should be objective. Leave your opinion out of the discussion. But the summaries must also be focused. You should make sure that your summaries are directly related to your research question.
3. Make sure to include the following in your essay:
a. A brief introduction (Include your research questions here)
b. Summaries of your sources
