Who most benefits and who most suffers from the annexation of Puerto Rico and the “occupation” of Cuba after the Spanish American War?
Discussion 2: Review section 23.3 of Chapter 23 in the etext, read the documents posted on page 4 of the learning module and then answer the following question.
Why did WEB Dubois initially support America’s participation in World War I and then later change his mind? In what way was his experience and the experiences of blacks in America a reflection of the “Home Front” during World War I?
