ACRL peper Framework
The guiding ideas for this course on information literacy come from the ACRL Framework for Information Literacy. Read the attached sheet summarizing the Framework. All our work will tie throughout the course will tie to these ideas, and it will be a major part of your Final.

In each module based on each Frame, you will learn more, as well as complete assignments that relate to that Frame. There are three additional assignments connected to the Framework.
For each of 3 Frames of your choosing, find an artifact that illustrates that Frame, and discuss how it demonstrates the concepts, knowledge practices, and/or dispositions of that Frame. The artifact should NOT be an explanation of the Frame, but a real-world example that you can analyze and demonstrate your understanding of the Frame.
Artifacts can include:
- Journal articles
- Reports
- Blogs
- News articles
- Social media posts
- Advertisements
- Videos
- Infographics
- Other- if unsure email the instructor before analysis and submitting the assignment. The instructor will also share articles, etc that could be used for your analysis in the Discussion board.
