Create diagrams that show the information capital needed for each leadership level (administration, mid-management, operational management) to monitor the three outcome objectives in your strategic plan for your CST project.
Diagram examples can be found in WORD, Insert tab, SmartArt.
Use one diagram for each objective that demonstrates the 3 levels of management and the type of information for each. This may be the same diagram for each or a different diagram for each.
You will not be able to type much in the diagram itself so you use labels which you will explain in the discussion section of paper.
Write a 1500-word paper (about 6 pages) that includes the diagram and an explanation of the diagram, such as:
How each information element is important for success
Examples of specific information or types of forms
Which department or job position will provide the information
What managers will do with the information
The technology needed to support the monitoring system
